The hard part of lake life is usually getting everything ready—not here. This fully furnished, turnkey A-frame retreat includes the Bayliner boat, so you can close, pack a bag and head straight for the water. With two bedrooms plus a loft offering additional sleeping space for family and overnight guests, there is room to bring your favorite people along for the weekend. Step outside to approximately 80 feet of shoreline that has been extensively improved with new rock, dredging for better water depth and access, and a new dock with steps leading directly into the lake. A boat lift with a new cover and a jet-ski ramp complete the setup. Translation: the lake is ready when you are. Inside, the home has been refreshed with new flooring, interior and exterior paint, updated lighting and plumbing fixtures, remodeled rooms and new kitchen cabinetry. Additional improvements include a newer roof, new furnace, water heater, screen doors and storage shed. Trees were removed to open the lake views, landscaping was enhanced, and a gas line was added for the grill. The home, furnishings, boat and waterfront setup are already here. All that is missing is you! Call today for a private showing!
